Current operating scope

The registry and EnteleQUANT management controls are implemented. Observation configurations require two independent reviews, expire if not approved within 24 hours, and can be paused. Service-to-service signing keys, production financial releases and cross-product execution adapters are not provisioned.

ENK, SOVRA and ENM retain exact Ethereum identities. SOVRA’s genesis reference is permanently non-transferable. TVKUSD is planned and not issued; EnteleKRON mainnet is not deployed. These assets do not become interchangeable money through mesh membership.

EnteleBANK identifies the existing planning repository. The bank-name initiative remains paused and no deposit-taking authorisation is claimed.

  1. Bind the source service, tenant, event identity and registry version to a provenance record.
  2. Validate the source identity, integrity, authorised data scope and freshness. A public website response is not settlement evidence.
  3. Deduplicate the event, preserve its provenance and retain the authorised audit reference.
  4. Reconcile the record against its originating service. A planned chain anchor requires a separately released network adapter.

Evidence exchange does not move funds or authorise financial execution. Current route: evidence · integration contract only · adapter disabled.
