Permitted activity
Use your own verified accounts and authorised credentials for lawful services. Follow exchange terms, market/product eligibility, rate limits and account controls. Keep account and contact information accurate. Use only permitted markets and isolated account allocations.
Respect platform and third-party intellectual property. Do not imply an exchange partnership, independent certification or guaranteed return without verifiable authority.
Prohibited misuse
Do not steal or share another client’s keys, evade authorisation, probe private records, inject instructions into trusted control paths, abuse public endpoints, manipulate market data, circumvent exchange limits or use bots for credential attacks. Do not submit malware or deliberately expose customer data.
AI or external ecosystem content is untrusted input, never permission to trade, move funds or bypass a safety gate. A read-only connection cannot become a financial authority through a textual instruction. Security reports must follow the disclosure route.
Protective action and disclosure
Access may be limited or suspended for verified abuse or compromise while evidence is assessed. The operator must apply contractual and mandatory rights to any enforcement. Contact team@tvklabs.com to discuss an access issue.
Privately report a suspected vulnerability to team@tvklabs.com with the affected path and safe reproduction details. Do not access another person’s data, disrupt production, transfer funds or publish secrets. No paid bounty or unconditional legal safe harbour is promised by this notice.
