From account creation to recorded orders, understand each step before using real funds.
Create and secure your account
Use account access to register, confirm your email and sign in. Enrol an authenticator before connecting keys or authorising trading. A web session expires after three minutes without user activity; background polling does not keep it alive.
Account access →Connect exchange accounts
Add your own restricted view/trade keys to named accounts after MFA and subscription access. Use separate portfolios or subaccounts where balances might overlap. Coinbase, Binance and Bybit support spot; XT is connection checks only.
API key checklist →Set budgets and start
Choose a verified market, budget, maximum entry size, loss trigger, strategy and duration. Duration zero is continuous spot mode. Starting requires server configuration, a fresh worker heartbeat and explicit authorisation.
Customer dashboard →Stop and reconcile
Request a stop in the dashboard. Signing out does not close a position. Unknown submissions pause without retry; inspect the exchange and reconcile the existing order before resuming an exit.
Trading risks →Pay and renew
Create a monthly/yearly invoice, verify the exact native Base USDC token and receiving address, and pay from your own EOA wallet. Sign the invoice ownership message and provide the transaction hash. Renewals are customer-paid, with no automatic wallet debit.
Cancellation & refunds →Reports and investors
Your dashboard displays your own records. Exported reports use ML-DSA signatures and a defined record window. An investor role does not authorise live trading or disclose other clients’ private records.
