The corporate identity is published by TVK Labs. Any change to the contracting entity must be identified before a customer enters a contract. Corporate registration alone is not financial-services authorisation.
Service and regulatory status
EnteleQUANT provides exchange connection software, portfolio settings, order records, subscription access and experimental automation. Exchange accounts remain with their respective providers. EnteleQUANT does not pool client funds or implement exchange withdrawals.
No FCA authorisation, deposit protection, custody licence or independent security certification is represented by this website. Financial-services permissions and local product restrictions must be established by the operator before making an affected service available. A software label or disclaimer does not remove an applicable regulatory duty. Options access depends on the exchange, jurisdiction and account eligibility.
Publication and intellectual property
TVK-authored interface content, original branding and documentation are owned by or licensed to the operator unless otherwise identified. Third-party software, logos, SDKs and exchange names retain their own licences and ownership. Links do not establish endorsement, integration approval or partnership.
Customers retain rights to their own account data and authorised content. We process it for the requested service, security and applicable obligations; we do not claim ownership of a customer’s exchange funds, wallet or API credentials. Report signatures attest to report integrity within their stated scope, not profitability or independent assurance.
Applicable law and notices
Subject to mandatory local consumer and privacy protections, these website notices use the laws of England and Wales. Any exclusive jurisdiction or liability restriction is limited by non-excludable rights. Send formal notices to the registered office or legal@tvk.group. For service complaints use the complaints procedure.
This notice must be read with the product terms, privacy notice, risk disclosure and subscription cancellation policy. Counsel review of the actual deployment, target markets, financial perimeter and contracting arrangements remains a launch requirement.
